Payment & Refund Policy

Job seekers never pay to use ABC Water Jobs. This policy covers the paid services we sell to employers and recruiters.

1. What we sell

Job post (30 days)	2 credits
Renew a job post (30 more days)	1 credit
Featured listing	1 credit

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax.

2. How payment works

• We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
• Payment is due at checkout; posts go live once payment is confirmed.

3. Refunds

Unused credits, requested within 30 days of purchase	Full refund of the unused credits ($99 each, or $89.10 each from a 10-credit pack)
Credits used on a post, renewal or featured listing that has gone live	No refund; you may edit the post at no charge
A post we remove for breaking our Terms	No refund
Duplicate charge or billing error	Full refund of the error
A technical problem on our side that keeps your post offline for more than 48 hours	Post extended by the lost time, or the credit returned to your account

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Credits

Credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value except as described under Refunds. If we ever close the Site, we will refund the value of any unused credits.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are fixed within a day. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused until it is resolved.

6. Changes

We may change prices or this policy with notice on the Site. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
